TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Where are you based and do you travel?
I am based in Edgemead, a northern Suburb of Cape Town. I do all my photo shoots on-location. I have a preferred list of locations which I use to that compliment my style of work. All locations are outdoor in nature.
A 30km roundtrip is included in your package (measured from the Engen Garage in Edgemead). Thereafter R9 a kilometre will be charged (AA rates)
What is the best time of the day to do a photo shoot?
The best light is during the golden hour (which is 1 hour before sunset or 1 hour after sunrise) when the light is soft and there is no harsh sunlight.
I understand it is not easy for families with small children to do it during that time of the day therefore it is merely a recommendation. .
When will we get our photos?
You will receive an online gallery link with all your photos within 7 working days. You can download all the photos from the gallery within the comfort of your home.
Do you sell your RAW files?
The RAW files remain the property of Linda Smith Photography and will never be sold.
What if the weather is bad on the day of our shoot?
We will then postpone the shoot to another day which is suitable for both of us.
How does payment work?
A 50% booking fee is required to secure your date. The balance must be paid 5 days before the shoot. A reminder will be send to you when the balance is due.
No photos will be released without full payment.
